These pictures are from the 2016 Iowa State Dance Team Competition. The team had the most successful State Competition Ever! 5th in Hip Hop, 2nd in Coed, 2nd in All-Male, 4th in Hoopla, and 7th in Pom. Division one ratings in all routines. Academic Excellence for the boys and a Distinguished Academic Award for the girls.

Both teams did fight song and The competition girls danced a hip hop routine at the Homecoming Pep Aud! We had two homecoming queen candidates! And both teams danced at the Homecoming Game!

The game that wasn't
The girls were ready to dance, but the game got preempted because of weather! They looked great, so why not take some pictures?
second home football game
The theme was "Black Out" so the girls each got the new "Brady Street Bunch" blackout shirts! They looked great on the field and danced awesome dances at both the Sophomore and Varsity Games!
first home football game
The performance team did a pom routine and the competition team did a jazz routine at the first home football game of the season.
Fall sports kick off
We get the fall sports season started off right! All Fall teams are introduced and the kids dance and do fight song!
MA Dance Camp
Each year in July the team attends MA Dance Camp in Des Moines. We learn our material for football season and figure out how to be a team! It's one of the highlights of the season.
June Car Wash
On June 20th held a carwash to make money for the season. It is just one of many fundraisers we do over the course of the year to help fund the season. Thanks to Hy-Vee Gas on Elmore for letting us use your lot every year.
Downtown Bettendorf In Bloom
In May, the girls volunteered for the Downtown Bettendorf in Bloom clean up event. We try to give back as much as possible. It was a great day to volunteer.
